Last year, we received amazing feedback on all the healthy recipes that we shared, and the energy bite posts were a clear fan-favorite. We are all about providing small ways to change the way you do things…hence, our obsession with creating sweet treats without all of the calories and unhealthy ingredients! In other words, we plan to kick ass and live our best lives all year long, not just for the first few months and then coast. Otherwise, you are setting yourself up for failure. We have found over the years we are personally more successful giving ourselves something tangible to achieve, small goals to reach for one after another in order to overcome bigger obstacles over time.
